Like many creatures that live in groups, human beings are made for community—but community is not always peaceful. Even in the church, cliques can form, loyalties can divide, and conflict can take root. In this program, we explore Paul’s response to the quarrels troubling the believers in Corinth. In 1 Corinthians 1–4, he addresses the dangers of division and points the church back to its only true foundation: unity in Christ. Join us as we consider how Paul’s counsel still speaks powerfully to churches today seeking healing, humility, and oneness in Jesus.
