This week, we examine Paul’s spiritual battle against false teachers who had turned some in Corinth away from the truth. This was no personal power struggle, but a conflict over the gospel itself—a message carrying eternal consequences. Paul knew he had been called by God to preach Christ faithfully, and he would not compromise that sacred trust. His example shows the church how to respond to error: not with pride or harshness, but with love, courage, and unwavering loyalty to Scripture. Only a pure gospel can give souls the true hope of eternal life.
